Located in Earlsdon in Coventry, the Cottage, is a neighbourhood hangout with a glorious beer garden serving up seriously tasty beers and a selection of delicious cocktails. Our gorgeous wood-fired oven, cooks all our pizzas and pots from fresh at a scorching 290°.

Position

Your role as chef:

• Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion
• Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
• Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
• Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 6 months chef experience
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you
• A proud individual that always strives to deliver their best
